Happy New Year!

I would like to take this opportunity to say, “Thank you!” to those who supported my photography endeavor over the past year. Whether you purchased my prints, voted for me in the National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest or simply "Liked" my Facebook Page, without your support, 2014 would not have been nearly as successful. Here’s a quick recap:

- Four of my coursework photos were featured in Schoolcraft College’s annual Computer Graphics Technology Student Show.

- My black skimmer photo was featured in the Outdoor Scenes – Week 9 Gallery of the 2014 National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest.

- Launched my website at photos.paulvuocolo.com and established a social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram.

- A photo I took of the 9/11 Memorial on Eastern Michigan University's campus was featured as a two-page spread in the fall 2014 issue of Eastern Magazine.

- Landed my first consignment deal at The Eyrie in Ypsilanti’s historic Depot Town.
